Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious, featuring a lovely living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a separate bedroom. Although there was a slight bad smell, the rooms were excellent with a great TV and channel selection.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a good size TV and small fridge & microwave. However, the bathroom was extremely small. The pool area was clean, and the breakfast was good. The location was fantastic for exploring nearby attractions.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms took a few days to feel clean, but the views of the pools were nice and the overall comfort level was good. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and caring, making sure every part of the stay was great. The location was convenient, especially for families planning outings, although there were some issues with the cleanliness initially.
I stayed at the Best Western Naples Florida and had a mixed experience. The rooms were well set up with handy amenities like a fridge and microwave, allowing for some meals in, but I did encounter some small insects that bit. The service ranged from pleasant to less than amiable amongst colleagues. The location was beautiful and convenient for shopping, with a lovely balcony view near the Gulf. The dining options were sufficient but somewhat repetitive. Overall, the hotel had its highs and lows.
The hotel had rooms that were a bit dark with a very musty odor, but on the bright side, they featured probably the nicest and biggest TV I've ever had at a motel or hotel. I managed to get a highly discounted rate after some serious complaining. The staff's service was pleasant and dependable, and despite an accident of leaving my wedding ring on the vanity all day, everyone from the front desk personnel to the housekeepers and shuttle driver was excellent. The location was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, with a charming pond nearby, although there was an issue with booking. The dining experience offered a variety of options, including eggs, sausages, bacon, and more, but the whole wheat bread rolls were a letdown. The hotel facilities were okay, but there was an issue with the booking problem.
Staying at the Best Western Naples Inn & Suites was a delightful experience overall. The rooms overlooking the swimming pool were lovely and clean, offering easy access to the pool and breakfast, although there were minor issues. The service was attentive to my needs but lacked follow-up in some cases. The location, close to beautiful beaches and attractions like the Everglades and Marco Island, was a major highlight. The dining options, especially the Instagrammable garden and outdoor serving, were enjoyable, albeit with room for improvement. The facilities were satisfactory, providing a decent stay.
The hotel is located in a cute setting with lovely tropical landscaping, including koi ponds and waterfalls, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The property lacks maintenance, resembling a 1960's highway motel, but it makes up for it with ample seating/lounging spaces and beautiful landscaping. The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to satisfy guests, enhancing the overall experience.
The hotel had clean rooms with a great view of the pool from the balcony, in a lovely setting with palm trees and lush greenery all around. The service was very friendly and helpful, although not very knowledgeable. The dining experience offered a complete meal but lacked variety in breakfast options. The location was fantastic, like an oasis in an urban area, with convenient access to Old Naples and attractions. The facilities were well-equipped and maintained.
